Guided tours are offered, all year long, in the old Athens Gasworks in Gazi, for adult groups, elementary school, junior high school students, high school students, EPA.L. students, S.D.E. students, IEK students and EPA.S students, in order to make acquaintance with the first power Plant of the Greek State.

The visit to the museum gives to the visitors the opportunity to learn and remember the old form of energy inextricably linked with the development of the capital of Greece, during the 19th century. The visitors can also observe the machines that were not accessible to the general public for about 30 years and discover a rare example of industrial architecture and technology of the 19th century, one of the few surviving monuments of the greek industrial heritage.
